LEE BYUNGOK is a Certified Professional Engineer Architectural Execution graduated from University of Seoul, Korea as CEO/ Professional Engineer.
He has over 36 years of experience in construction management & site supervision of various architectural and civil engineering, plant engineering & construction for oil and gas refinery, power plant, housing compounds, subway, residential/ office buildings and other general constructions.
With all the golden years of experience, LEE BYUNGOK has venture into Malaysia and founder RTA E&C where he transfers his knowledge and experiences in consulting and developing projects in Malaysia.
And the recent venture into renewable energy industry where he joint venture with IP pattern holder constructing crude algae oil extraction factory and Algae Farming be related works in Malaysia and other countries [ Renewable Energy (R.E) Technology Algae Farming Projects].

Mrs. Noor Azura Muda graduated from Universiti Putra Malaysia with a Master of Science majoring in Chemical Engineering. She had almost 4 years of experience in managing site projects. She is responsible for RTA overall project management including inspection to monitor project progress and adherence to design specifications, safety protocols, documentation, BOQ Preparation, and material purchasing. In conclusion, she will be the focal person for the supervision of construction work starting from the site preparation and planning until the project completion.

Mr. Yu starting his career in Construction Company and have over 37 years of experience in Construction Management for Civil Engineering, Plant Engineering & Construction, Reinforced Concrete & Pre-Fabricated Steel Structures projects, Housing Compounds, Residential / Office Buildings: Associated Civil works, Surveying, Construction, Finishing, and Infra.

Ms. Shafira specialized in Business Management, who had extensive experiences in administrative and corporate communication liaising with the Government and private sectors mainly in logistic industry related with supply chain and client relationship management. Currently Ms. Shafira is RTA Administrator and Marketing & Sales key liaison person located at RTA Headquarter. Professionally roles combines administrative duties with sales support responsibilities, crucial for ensuring operational efficiency and enhancing sales effectiveness. She assist proficiency in handling various accounting task including managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoice and maintaining accurate financial database. She maintaining accurate documentation and records related to administrative processes and provide essential supports.

Ms. Siti Maryam has graduated from International Islamic College (IIC) majoring in Diploma in Office Management and Secretaryship. She had significant long-terms records and experiences in human resources management (HRM), aided more institutional support to various fields in private sectors such as Department Manager at multi-chain food and business company, and Government-related aspects, predominantly in organizational management, secretarial, administrative development and procurement activities. Currently serving as a head of department and leading as General Manager in Administration Division. In her role, she oversees the HR department and administrative operations, responsible for implementing HR and administrative strategies, managing compensation structures, ensuring compliance with employment law, and maintain a legal and ethical work environment, and budgets to support organizational objectives. She provide support for key financial metrics related to the account, monthly budget, overview revenue for organization and all detail responsibilities related to maintaining financial records.
